Troubleshooting: I finished the presentation, so why isn’t it marked as complete?

If you have finished a presentation but it is not showing as "Completed," it is usually due to a temporary connection timeout or a specific setting within the presentation player that needs to be triggered. 

Quick Fix

  • Check the Final Slides: Ensure you have viewed the very last slide and clicked any internal Exit or Finish buttons.
  • Refresh: Sometimes simply refreshing the page and re-watching the final few seconds triggers the completion.
